We Bring the Light of Truth to the Abortion Issue.

The Accusation: The no-choice advocates use highly inflammatory emotion-laden language at every opportunity, but when the Pro-Truth Team uses that kind of language, we are labeled as a hypocrites because we have proposed clear unemotional language while doing otherwise.

The Choices: If one side insists on using slanderous rhetoric, the other has two choices.

Option One -- Practice Love and Allowing: Perhaps the best way to deal with those expressing the dark side is to send them thoughts of love, then turn both other cheeks and simply walk away. Or you might say, “If you need to stand on my shoulders in order to feel tall, here, let me boost you up.” Or practice the Law of Allowing,. by completely withdrawing your thought energy from them and just letting them be as they are. Or you could pray, “Forgive them, Father, they no not what they do.”

We recommend dealing with negative people only when they shows up. When they do, deal with them promptly, efficiently and effectively. Get them out of your life as quickly as possible. We recommend that you simply break all ties to them and just let them be. In essence say, "You can be as you are and do as you do, you just have "be and do" somewhere else." If an action response is required from you, resolve the problem as quickly as possible, and then return your focus to the positive aspects of life, to the creation of joy, truth, freedom, and personal growth.

Option Two -- Respond in Kind: The Pro-Truth Team recommends using this option when option one is not available. Use this option if your are under attacked in body, property, or reputation. Use this option if your free-will-rights to self-determination is being threatened.

In any conflict, the person or group with the lowest ethical standards sets the level at which the conflict is played out. You are not required to tell the truth to the lie. You are not required to tie one hand behind your back. If you do, it's in the same category as committing suicide.

When dealing with ethical people, always maintain high ethical standards. When dealing with those who have low standards, offer your ethics to the opponent, and then play at the level the opponent plays, whatever that is, only play his game better than he does. When attacked, counter attack with a vehemence that exceeds his. Do what he does, and be better at it than he is.

There are those who claim that this is a double standard and say that responding at the opponent's level would be to get down into the sewer with him. To those critics we say, "Yup, you're right; thanks for noticing.

The Logic: We'll address the merits of this behavior pattern by the use of an analogy. Would you propose that the United States, unilaterally destroy all of it’s nuclear weapons? Given the present state of world affairs, only a fool would suggest that. Well, in the abortion war, words are the equivalent of nuclear weapons.

For example, in the 2000 Republican primary, John McCain unilaterally stopped using negative campaigning and called for his opponent to do likewise. Bush refused, and then Bush and his anti-abortionist buddies simply slaughtered a defenseless McCain with derogatory rhetoric. When he came back at their level, they accused him on hypocrisy.

Our Response: As long as the no-choice side continues to use slanderous rhetoric, we fully intend to to do likewise and do it better than they do.

Opposition Notice ...

And We Put the Opposition on Notice: Although your sewer-level behavior may have been successful in the past, such tactics will not drive the Pro-Truth Team out of the public forums. Before you engage in such tactics with us, you'd better have your own house in order and all the skeleton out of your closets, because when the gloves come off, your lies of omission,° your defiance of God,° your hypocrisy,° your moral bankruptcy,° your sewer-level behavior,° your intentional deceptions,° your true intentions,° and all your fairytale beliefs° will all be prime topics for the public discussions.

The Pro-Truth Team is dedicated to exposing the unethical and immoral behavior of the anti-choice leaders° and to pulling the false, self-righteous foundation out from under the anti-abortion movement. Our intention is to challenge the false claim that the forced motherhood leaders are standing on the high moral ground. Our intention is to use the truth as our weapon and, in the process, prove that, rather than on high moral ground, the anti-choice leaders are actually standing on a manure pile.°

Ru-486 Versus Viagra:

On Nov. 5, 2003, South Carolina Republican Representative, Jim DeMint and Maryland Republican Representative, Roscoe Bartlett introduced a bill into the U.S. Congress to suspend the FDA's approval of RU-486. (the morning after, pregnancy prevention pill). They call their bill "Holly's law," after Holly Patterson, an 18-year-old woman who died in September 2003, a week after taking the pill.

Here's the hypocrisy: Holly Patterson is only the second American woman to die from RU-486 complications. In comparison, according to the Food and Drug Administration, as of 1998, 130 Americans died after taking Viagra. Assuming that same level of mortality from Viagra for the next five years, that's seven hundred and eighty deaths (780) from Viagra versus two (2) form RU-486.

The anti-abortionist claim to be concerned about saving lives, and yet they didn't include viagra in their proposed ban? Why not? Because their intention is not saving babies. It's about creating a Christian theocracy in America.. It's about money, power and politics..

School Prayer and Sex Education:

The Anti-abortion leaders have managed to get congress to pass laws requiring the United States federal government spends over $100 million per year on abstinence-only-until-marriage sex education programs in public schools. These programs censor information about contraception. They censor information about being sexually active and avoiding pregnancy. One-third of all secondary schools in the United States prohibit teachers from answering students' questions about the prevention of pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases beyond discussing sexual abstinence.

These same people, in their attempt to get prayers in public schools, are claiming that because they cannot designate specific prayer times in public schools, that their Constitutional rights of free speech are being violated.***

Lies of Omission:

Anti-abortion leaders preach to us about telling the truth. Why then, do they deceive others by using lies of omission. Here's an example of withholding the truth taken from "An Interview with the Devil.°^®

Big D If you were in a state of extreme emotional stress and you had a very limited timeframe within which to make a critically important, highly emotional, completely irreversible, life-changing decision, and I intentionally withheld from you a vital piece of information° which could significantly alter your decision, what would you call that?

T.L.C. Technically, it’s a lie, a lie of omission.

T.L.C. Because that would be an attempt to deceive; it would be an attempt to subvert the truth; it would be an attempt to manipulate me into altering my behavior to suit your desires; and, most importantly, it would also be a gross violation of my right of self-determination.

Big D Ah, self-determination! Freedom! Liberty! Sovereignty! The greatest gift from God. One day, you may yet taste its joys. Have you heard these words from one of the greatest masters who ever walked the planet: “Know the truth and the truth will set you free.”?

You'll find that hundreds of people die or live in misery for every embryo they save.. You'll find that peoples’ freedom to make their own free will decisions about abortion, about sex, and about numerous other aspects of their private lives have been severely interfered with by personal religious beliefs that have been promoted into secular law by the ant-sexual anti-abortionists.
