    The Standard Reaction

When you first begin reading the information offered below and on our other web pages, you will probably have the standard reaction:  This is crazy.  It's too far out to be believable.   The author is just another lunatic..   Here are four factors that  you might want to consider:

First, your reaction is the typical of the pre-programmed response that was installed in most children's minds by their church, their school, and the social structure when they were too young to resist. **

**  For example the typical Christian church: 1)  teaches its children what to think and what to believe,  2)  discourages children from thinking for themselves or thinking outside the church's belief box,.  3)   strongly discourages children from asking challenging question about their religion, 4)  instills fear in the children by example.   Church elders expel  and condemn to hell forever  adults who seriously question or challenging the authority of the church  leaders,  5)   destroys children's self esteem and replace it with dependency upon the church, and 6) instructs the children to stop listening when they hear anything that counters the church doctrine because if they listen, they could loose their faith and end up burning in hell forever.

What do you suppose the consequences are to a young child who gets this type of fear-based behavior-control programmed into his mind before he  reaches the age of reason?.   You've probably heard the classic line,  "Get the child and you've got the adult."   That's why the most ardent religious believers follow the same religion their parents believe in.   If you had been brought up in a different religion, would you still believe what you believe today?

Second,  Each section on our web sites is only a small piece of a comprehensive study of the abortion controversy, its religious base. and the religious social structures that dominate this controversy.   Reading more sections on our web sites, causes each individual piece becomes more logical and its place in the overall study become more apparent.

Third,  the lunatic fringe. is now and always has been the source of all major changes on planet Earth.   There is no evidence that that's about to change.

Fourth:  The descriptions below do not simply apply to the lone, snake-oil-salesman type of con artist.    The more sophisticate manipulation and control organizations have been around for years, in some cases, for centuries.   Many of them are family dynasties, with entry not based on virtue or ability, but on one's family of birth.

Others are semi-secret fraternal-type organizations commonly referred to as "Old Boys Clubs."   Club membership is by invitation and members play key roles in major organizations.

These family dynasties and fraternal groups have set themselves up as pillars of the community.   Their main issues  are money, power, control, and the prolongation of the ancient and still strongly held belief in a two class society with the elite in control and everyone else as disposable servants living in poverty.

There are also groups that are definitely not considered the elite, yet secretly, in one way or another,  wield considerable power or influence.   Have you heard of the Neo-Nazi party, the Mafia, the Russian KGB, or the Ku Klux Clan?

Look at the techniques below and see if you can find any organizations that use these them.   Our goal here is not to condemn anybody, but rather to bring awareness to those who have eyes and are also willing to see.

A Guidebook for  Con Artists and Manipulators

1

Beliefs are Stronger that Steel and Stone

The most successful con artists understand how the universe works.  They understand that everything begins with a thought.   Even the Christian Bible tells us that.*

*   "In the beginning was the word; and the word
was with God; and the word was God."
John 1:1
More Biblical passages on this topic.

The first step a budding con artist needs to take is is to study, learn, and understand The Three Universal Laws. and The Seven Principles of Hermes..  Then they can build their prison walls out of beliefs.   They need  not waste your time building walls of steel and stone.

The Russian fascists, under the false claim of being communists, attempted that.   They used violence backed up by illusion.   Stalin even murdered 70,000,000 of his own people in an attempt to maintain control.   It was a dismal failure!

On the other hand, those controlling the American government have focused primarily on  illusion.   They back up their illusions with bribery, with payoffs, with secrecy, with manipulation of the laws, and with a dozen or so more scams and tricks such as the Federal Reserve and Enron-style, creative accounting.    Whenever necessary, they revert to intimidation, threats, and violence.   In terms of maintaining power and control,  they have been a phenomenally successful.

You have probably heard the classic line about this:  "Stone walls do not a prison make nor iron bars a cage."**  That, in essence, tells us that "External constraints cannot imprison someone whose spirit and thoughts are free."    It also tell us that walls built out of beliefs accomplish far more than those built of stone and steel.

The Bottom Line:

The most successful con artists focus on mind control, on creating sheep.   Here are the ABC's of control:   a)  specialize in teaching people what to think.   b)  condemn, ridicule, or get rid of those who think for themselves; and c)  murder or destroy those who refuse to go along.

Please don't believe this.   Instead we invite you to ask John Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, John Lennon, Larry Flint, or any of dozens of their less-well-known compatriots.   Politics by murder always has been and still is the global norm.   American have simply been programmed to believe that such things don't happen here.

*************

.

Our no-choice friends come from a long  lineage of people who have maintained their power and control by intimidation, violence, arson, and murder,  and yet they are perceived by the public as Godly people loving the world.      [Here are just two examples of their handy work:  William Tyndale. and The library at Alexandria. ]

The most successful con artists study church history and use the religious criminals as their role models.   They set themselves up as one of the good guys. and elicit money and workers from among the sheep.   The Ultimate crook is the one who is revered and respected as a pillar of the community.   Lies and deception are his stock in trade..   For example, Lyndon Johnson still is considered to be a respected leader by most people; however, when you closely examine the things he did, you get a very different story.   For another example, see the page titled:   Let George Do It..

The Downside:

You must always remember that there is a serious downside to using these techniques.   First, most con artists get caught in your own trap.   See the next section Confusing Reality with a Story About Reality..

Second, we do not know with provable certainty what happens to us after our bodies die.   The con artists who use this technique are gambling with their future -- their future in what the Christians call "eternity". and in what the Eastern religions call "Karma.".

Another word of warning:

You are far better off learning to control yourself rather than attempting to control others.

** This saying is taken from a poem, “To Althea: From Prison,” by the seventeenth-century English poet Richard Lovelace.

Confusing Reality with a Story About Reality

This is, without a doubt, the most pervasive, the most common, the most successful, and the most dangerous of all the tricks in The Con Artists' Guidebook.   It's so good that most people unintentionally fool themselves.   Even the con artists usually get suckered in by their own game.   They start believing their own lie.

Here's how it works.   A person will have an experience that triggers a strong emotional response.   The person will have vivid memories about the experience.   From the memories, the person creates a story about what that experience means.   In the person's mind, the story about their experience soon replaces the experience, itself, and the story becomes evidence from which they draw conclusions.    Their conclusions (their story about reality)  replaces reality.    From that point on, the meaning of an experience comes from  the person and not the experience.   It comes from what the person believes the experience means,"   To better understand this viewers are invited to read the web page titled Self-Created Significances.   The address is:   http://www.truth101.org/vs-ab-1-significances.html.

The Classic example:

Every religion on the planet is an example of this.   Even though the major religions conflict with each other --  even though their beliefs are not provable,.  each religion teaches its beliefs as if they were factual truths.,   They also say that the other religions are just myths.**

.

**Reference:   http://www.truth101.org/vs-three-assumptions.html.

.

The Abortion example:

The example below comes from a man who is strongly against abortion based on hearing a pro-choice woman talk about her daughter having memories while she [the daughter] was in the womb.

This example is offered, not to make the person wrong or put him down in any way.   He is obviously dedicated to doing what he considers right, and we honor his search for the truth.   Our goal is to add additional evidence  and show how adding or omitting information. significantly alters the meaning of an experience.   When we have access to additional information, we expand our view of the experience, and as in this example, often reach some very different conclusions.   The following text is quoted verbatim from the Internet web site:  http://www.geocities.com/wftright/abmoment.html.

"I was amazed at the inconsistency of her [the woman] believing that a child remembered something from a time when she [the woman] would not acknowledge that the child was a person with basic human rights.   I was amazed that she would support another's right to kill a child at a stage of development where she admitted that her own child had memories and self-awareness.

This single piece of evidence from a proponent of legalized abortion opened my eyes to the fact that the unborn child is a person.   How can someone have memories from a time when he/she was not a person?  Anyone who is building memories is alive and thinking and responding to the world.   In other words, he/she is a living person.

Realizing that the unborn child is a person, I could no longer be ambivalent to allowing someone to kill an unborn child without facing punishment.   I believe abortion should be illegal because I believe abortion kills a person who should have legal rights."

.

Now let's consider the possibilities regarding what intrauterine memories could mean.   The meaning a person holds.  regarding intrauterine memories, like the meaning of everything else in life,  is influenced by the person's belief system?   In this example the person being told about intrauterine memory came from strong, conservative, Christian roots.

For conservative Christians, reincarnation not an option..  They are told all kinds of negative things about the people who believe in reincarnation, and they are told not to read or listen to any information about this topic because if they do, they could be influenced by the devil, lose their faith, and end up burning in hell forever.   And besides, people who believe in reincarnation are simply heathens who need to be converted to the fundamentalist's version of Christianity.

Fundamentalist Christians are also trained to ignore the works of people like Edgar Casey,.  Jane Roberts,.  Wayne  Dyer,.  Deepak Chopra,.  Jerry and Ester Hicks,.  Neal Donald Walsh,. and   R. Robin Coté..

Well respected scholars like  Joseph Campbell,. are also ignored, as are the spiritual masters presently here on Earth.

The author of the above quote simply declares what having intrauterine memory means.   (It "opened my eyes to the fact that the unborn child is a person.")   He didn't ask,  "How could someone have womb memories?   He didn't look for other possible answers.   He simply declared his own answer.   And then in a question form, he re-affirms his declaration of what having womb memories means.

The meaning in this example comes from the person himself.   It comes from what the person believes the story means.   What does intrauterine memory actually mean?  Nobody can answer that question with tangible, provable certainty!

In addition to the conclusion put forth in the above quote, intrauterine memories could also mean that a human being is an eternal spirit observing the formation of a physical body for its future use?   That idea is so far outside of this man's belief system that it's not even considered as a possibility.

The mind needs an answer to what causes the intrauterine memories and it goes to the only possibility it knows.  In this example, it means that God's conception magic. act must be true.   It means that a human being is his or her physical body.   It has to mean what he believes it means because, in his  mind, there is no other way that a person can have intrauterine memories.   The person never thinks to ask these questions:

Are there any other possible conclusions that could be drawn from this evidence?

Where are intrauterine memories located?   Are they in the physical body?    Or are they in the consciousness that animates the physical body?

The latest scientific research tells us that physical matter is made up entirely of energy.   If life is in the consciousness and not the physical body what does that say about the meaning of abortion?

Regardless of what conclusion I come to,  my conclusion is not provable, so what do I do with my conclusion?

The possibility of coming to an erroneous or an unprovable conclusion,. never enters this person's mind.   His story is simply declared to be reality.

In the above quote, the author then adds a couple more "therefore..." steps,  tops it off with a double  "I believe...".  and bingo!  Abortion should be outlawed.

That's not to say I or anyone else can prove he's wrong, but the probability that all of his beliefs are representations of reality is quite slim.   And if logic doesn't suffice, one might ask,  "Can you prove your conclusions are accurate?  Can you prove that intrauterine memory is NOT the result of an eternal spirit observing the formation of a physical body?.  Is your belief justification enough to force the rest of us to practice your religious beliefs?"

And what about the rights of about two billion people who hold religious beliefs that are different from yours?.  Are there rights to simply be ignored?   Where do their religious beliefs fit into this equation?

So before you send the police to enforce the unenforceable, please just provide a tangible, provable answer to this question:

.

Is a human being  "an eternal spirit ".  occupying a physical body or is a human being simply  "flesh and bones magically created by God at conception?".

.

.

Editor's Note:   We contacted the person responsible for posting the above quote on his web site,   http://www.geocities.com/wftright/abmoment.html..    On his site, he repeatedly speaks about seeking the truth,**  but when we contacted him and asked him to prove his truth and to show us where the Pro-Truth Team's  analysis of his web site was wrong, his response was no response at all.

This is a typical anti-abortion response.   When challenged to prove their beliefs, the anti-abortionists simply declare that the devil is after them, and then they run away.

** Here's a quote from the opening paragraph on his web site:

"I believe that we must constantly refine our message to make people see the truth about abortion."

His site links to seventeen anti-choice sites, and when we request a link to our web sites, we have, to date, received only the silent response.

Conclusion:  Seeking the truth is fine as long as you don't have to face it when it shows up.

    Declaring Reality

When the evidence gets in the way, simply declare your belief to be reality.

The Classic example:

The Roman Catholic hierarchy has devised a great way to deal with unwelcome facts.    Any time they need to defy logic, ignore reason, contradict common sense, or deny scientific evidence, they simply announce a papal decree which they call “An Article of Faith.”   Since, in matters of the church the Pope is considered to be infallible, whatever he says, no matter how absurd or ridiculous it is, it’s to be believed by the followers as God’s truth.

They then demand silence from their priests who disagree and throw out those who refuse to be silent.

For a humorous parade on this topic, see:  Press Release -- Vatican -- October 31, 2007 -- "The New Pope's Declares his Infallibility to Be Null and Void."

.

The Abortion example:

With no proof whatsoever, and in defiance of their own Bible and in direct contradiction to the Catholic Encyclopedia,. the Roman Catholic hierarchy and the anti-abortion, fundamental Christians have simply declared that  Life Begins at Conception..

Apparently God has changed reality, because prior to about about 1870, the Roman Catholic Church said that an independent life began three months after conception.

.

.

 4

    Distorting The Truth

In political circles, the people who are hired to slant and distort the truth are called spin doctors.   In the anti-abortion movement, they deny the existence of any distortions of the truth; therefore, they must be telling the accurate truth.  Maybe it was God who came up with this line: “evil, death-peddling, pro-abortion, money-worshipping doctor.”

The Classic example:

Years ago one of the Olympic events had only two entries, Russia and the United States.   The U.S. team won the event.   The Russian press reported the news as follows:   The Russian team took second place and the Americans came in next to last.

.

The Abortion example:

The Anti-choice leaders use slanderous language, inflammatory rhetoric, deceptive and misleading words..   Words and phrases like, pre-born baby, partial; birth abortions, pro-abortion, “baby-killing mother” and an “evil, death-peddling, pro-abortion, money-worshipping doctor.” **

.

**  Regarding the Pro-Truth Team being accused of hypocrisy, we refer the viewers to the section titled: "The Pro-Truth Team and Hypocrisy".

.

.

    Peddle Misinformation and Disinformation

Intentionally teaching the public things as true while knowing full well that they are  false.   The intent is to manipulate and control others.  Why?  The Following quote answers that question:    "The ultimate tyranny in a society is not control by martial law.   It is control by psychological manipulation of consciousness, through which reality is defined so that those who exist within it do not realize they are in prison."

 Barbara Marciniak     http://www.pleiadians.com/index.htm.

(Quote is from "Bringers of the Dawn," Page 87)

The Classic example:

See the section titled:   Corporations Never Pay Taxes.

.

The Abortion example:

See the section titled:   Partial Birth Abortion.

Use a Third Party Deceiver       Prove Me Wrong   ...

.

      Prove Me Wrong

.

These two techniques work wonders when combined.  They are explained below in the context of a letter to Supermodel Kathy Ireland after her June 17, 2003 appearance on the Joe Scarborough TV talk show on MSNBC.         <joe@msnbc.com>

.

.

Dear Kathy,

May I share a secret with you?

You’ve been duped by the no-choice spin-doctors into participating in two of the most successful tricks in “A Guidebook for Con Artists and Manipulators.   The first is called Prove Me Wrong and the second is called, Use a Third Party Deceiver.”   Here’s what you said followed by how the deceptions work.

.

Here’s what you said:

In your recently aired, Joe Scarborough interview, you said that if anybody can prove that an embryo is not a human being, you wanted them to contact you.   Are you aware that that statement is one of the classic lines of anti-abortion deception?    It’s extremely misleading because it implies that an embryo is a human being unless someone can prove it isn’t.

.

Now say the same thing in reverse.

If you can prove that a zygote, embryo or a fetus is an independent human being, please contact me.   If you can prove that a human being is his or her physical body, please contact me.   Notice how the second version of this statement uses almost the same language as you used, and yet, it has a very different meaning.  It implies that because you can’t prove that an embryo is a human being, therefore it isn’t.

.

The Truth Versus the Con:

When asking the question from both sides, it becomes obviously that nobody has the proof required to answer that question with certainty either way.   But asking it from one side only and ignoring the other is a scam worthy of the sleaziest of politicians or a master snake oil salesman.   It’s so good that I’ll bet you didn’t even know you’re playing a part of the no-choice con game!

.

Here’s what the “Prove Me Wrong” scam actually accomplishes:

The line, as you delivered it, takes something that is unknown and unknowable and delivers to the public as if it were a provable fact in support of no-choice position.

.

Here’s how the  “Use a Third Party Deceiver” game is played:

The Manipulator finds someone, like you, who believes their lie, someone who is physically attractive, someone whom the public knows and respects, someone who will give their message a high level of credibility, someone who can elicit emotional responses in their listeners, and then the manipulators use that person to peddle their deception.   The speaker’s passion and his/her belief in the lie overpower its falsehood and give the deception a great deal of credibility.

Also, because the manipulator isn’t doing the public speaking himself, he can’t get caught in his own lie, and if something goes wrong, he also has a ready-made scapegoat at whom he can point the finger.

.

And the money pours in:

With your appearance and the public’s gullibility, they can milk this little gem of deception combo for years and deliver millions of dollars into the coffers of the forced motherhood peddlers.

These two techniques are just two of the numerous tactics used to subvert the facts and manipulate public opinion.   The tricks are so good that you actually go home believing you’ve spent your day saving babies.

To get a little more clarity on what is really going on, you might be interested in looking at this page on our web site:

.

P.S.   I have a list of questions on the Pro-Truth web site that you would do well to read before your next public appearance as a no-choice spokeswoman.   The address is: http://www.pro-truth.net/59-questions-without-answers.html.  Here’s just one question from that list:

Billions of people believe that humans are eternal divine beings who simply inhabit physical bodies and that a physical body is merely a vehicle for the temporary use of the eternal being while here on Earth.   How do you know that you are right and that the billions who believe in reincarnation are wrong?

Because your passion, your sincerity, and your physical appearance give your message significant credibility, you might want to study this issue a bit more closely so that what you are saying is an accurate representation of the truth.

And one other thing:   If you can prove that reincarnation is not “The Divine Truth,” please contact me.

Thank you.

I'm the Authority -- Trust Me

This is without a doubt the most successful technique of all.   If you act like you know what you are doing and you act with authority and confidence, most people will not questions you.

Put any type of title before your name and you become instantly credible.  Most people will not question the validity of the title or ask about the training you went through to acquire the title.

Wearing any of the numerous religious titles implies that you know something about God.   This ignores a few basic facts of life:   1) Whatever it is we call God is the ultimate mystery of all time,.   2) "God" is simply a name for something that is unknown and unknowable,  3) The speaker is telling his listeners nothing about God,   4) The speaker is telling the listeners what he of she believes about whatever it is that we call God,  5) In order to accept religious doctrine, regardless of the religion, it requires a "Leap of Faith,"  --  belief without any proof.

That's not to demean any spiritual leaders or put down their wisdom about dealing with human nature.   Our spiritual and religious leaders are given great credibility, so those  who wear such titles have an obligation to speak the truth.

The Classic example:                                             Social Security       ...

The American, Social Security System:    The U.S. government's Social Security program is the classic example here.   The original, publicly stated intent was to collect money from the citizens, and then to invest that money for the citizens so that the interest would produce profits.   Those who reached  retirement age, would receive their share of the profits in the form of monthly payments.

The principle (the money paid in) was to be used for investments only and was to remain in the Social Security investment portfolio and continue earning profits even after the individual who had put the money in there had died.   In this way the principle would constantly grow, as would the profits generated from the investments.   In a relatively short time the principle (the amount of invested money)  would be so  large that the profits from the investments  shared by the retirees would be substantial.   The long-term intended result was to be that everybody's retirement would be financially secure.

Millions of us entrusted our government with that investment money, and what did the government do with the money?  Did they invest it?  NO!   Did they keep it safe?  NO!   They spent it, and now that particular branch of the government is in debt to the tune of nearly forty trillion dollars ($40,000,000,000,000).

Why Was It Intentionally Destroyed?   When you ask the why question, you'll hear two answers, the public answer and the real answer.    The public answer is that we needed the money for ______ , and besides we didn't steal the money,  we just borrowed it.

The real answer revolves around power and control.    Imagine for a moment the size that that investment portfolio would be today if all the money that had ever been paid into it was still there and was being invested instead of having been simply stolen and spent.   The profits today would be enormous.   Its economic power would dwarf its closest rivals and it would dominate and  control the financial investments world wide.

It would eventually own just about everything.   Private ownership of the natural resources which are now controlled and raped by special interests would be purchased and return to their rightful owners, all the people.  The retirement age would be steadily lowered.     In time, it would completely transform the monetary system.   It would significantly reduce and then eliminate the need for taxes.   Wealth would be distributed much more fairly and equally.   There would be no need to steal to survive.    Crime would be significantly lowered.   The con artists and manipulators  would be out of business.

Imagine for a moment that the fund actually existed today; that Social Security had a forty trillion dollar investment portfolio instead of a forty trillion dollar debt.  Imagine that  investment making a mere two and one-half percent annual interest.  That's a trillion dollars a year in free and clear money that would be available for retired Americans.   That's about double what is currently being paid to Social Security recipients.   There are about 48 million benefit recipients.   Payments would average over $20,000 per year per person.   And, unlike today, not one nickel on that would be coming from taxes.

Imagine that the five-hundred million ($500,000,000) which is now being put into the system each year was  being used to increase the size of the  portfolio and not the pay retirees.

.

The Abortion Example:

"I'm the Authority -- Trust Me"  is at the core of the anti-abortion moment.   Most anti-choice supporters are conservative Catholics or Fundamental Christians.  These people are trained from early childhood  not to question the religion's authority figures.   So when the sheep hear their leader's assumptions stated as if it were provable truths ( such God's conception, magic act).  they simply believe what they're hearing as if it were an absolute fact --  as if Jesus, himself, were standing in front of them and speaking directly to them.

.

.

 9

     Using the Uncontested the Obvious
           or the  Irrelevant as Proof

The Classic Example:

The Concept called "The Rapture" is presently being used by some fundamentalist Christian Leaders to attract followers and money.   These leaders are telling their followers that the world is about to end and if, and only if, they (the followers)  are born again Christians, they'll be lifted of  the Earth and escorted directly into heaven to be with Jesus.   Everyone else will be left in misery and chaos here on what's left of planet Earth.

What they somehow manage to forget to tell their followers is that "The Rapture" story has been successfully peddled to religious true believes for approximately nineteen-hundred years.

.

Another Example:

Some of you may remember the advertising for Folger's Coffee in which the advertisers claimed their coffee was good (implied to be better than any other brand) because it was mountain grown.   They forgot to mention that all coffee is mountain grown.   It's the nature of the coffee tree to grow at high elevations.

.

The Abortion Example:

The anti-choice leaders claim that a fertilized egg is unique, alive and human; therefore, abortion should be outlawed.

It’s obviously all three.  The humanness of the embryo is not now nor has it ever been in doubt, but to hear no-choice people talk, you might think someone was proclaiming monkeys or penguins grew in there.

And, is it alive?   Of course its alive.   The very nature of life is to be alive.   The mother’s body is in the process of creating a live copy of itself.   It couldn’t possibly be anything but alive.

And as for being unique, like every other physical thing in the entire universe, its absolutely unique.   The no-choice people seem, somehow, to be unaware that there is nothing unique about being unique.

Add to this the implied proof:  Because the human egg is human and because God did his magic act at conception; therefore it's a brand new, never-before-existing, separate, complete, eternal, everlasting, sovereign, human being; therefore abortion is murder; therefore abortion should be outlawed.

And by the way, send us money.   We need it to pay for saving babies.  Just ignore the evidence which shows that a significant portion of your money will go to pay for our lavish lifestyles.

.

.

 10

     Using the Opponents Argument
as as proof of your position

The Classic example:

The Classic example of this technique was used to justify taking the U.S. monetary system off the gold standard.    "Gold should not be used as the standard measure of money because Gold in merely a commodity."

The manipulators removed gold from the nation's money system and replace it with fiat money (i.e.  funny money, paper bills, Federal Reserve  so-called- notes).   Why?   Because:  1) The value of gold can't be manipulated,  2)  It can't be arbitrarily inflated,  3)  It can't be stolen without the theft being obvious,   4)  Deficit financing is not possible with gold,  5)  The people are in control in a gold standard economy, and 6)  It violates their golden rule:  "He who owns the gold rules."

.

The Abortion example:

The Following example is form the book,   I’d Speak Out on the Issues if I Only Knew What to Say  by Jane Chastain, Regal Books, Ventura, California, 1987.   In her book, Ms. Chastain uses two biblical quotes as proof that life begins at conception.

Jeremiah 1:4-5   "Then the word of the Lord came to me saying, before I formed you in the belly, I knew you."  ***

Ecclesiastes 11:5, RSV    "As you do not know how the spirit comes to the bones in the womb of the woman with child, so you do not know the work of God who makes everything.”

One would have to be looking at abortion and at the nature of what a human being actually is from a very limited perspective in order to see either of these quotes as proof that life begins at conception.  Her argument appears to consider only two possibilities: 1) that life begins at conception or 2)  that life beginning at birth.

The third possibility is never considered, the possibility the humans are eternal divine beings who existence predates both conception and birth -- that humans are eternal beings who simply enter physical bodies as a means of accessing physical reality.

Her conclusions are also based on an implied (but not specifically stated)  assumption that a human being is his/her physical body.   The possibility that a human being is something non physical that enters a physical body is not considered.

The two Biblical passages she quotes could very easily be interpreted as support for the belief that humans are eternal beings and that life does not begin at conception.

*** With regard to the Jeremiah 1:4-5 quote as written herein above, we have been accused of misquoting the Bible.   The quote as it appears above is taken directly form the book I’d Speak Out on the Issues if I Only Knew What to Say  by Jane Chastain.   We took the quote from her book and not from the Bible.   If you have a problem about misquoting, we suggest you take that up Ms. Chastain.

For clarity's sake, here's the complete text of Jeremiah 1:4-5:

"Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, [and] I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations."

Offering the complete Biblical text in no way alters our assessment of Ms. Chastain personal conclusions.   And in no way does it alter our assessment that these passages could much more easily be interpreted as support for the belief that humans are eternal beings and that life does not begin at conception.

    Diverting Attention

This technique is used for three purposes:  1)  to distract attention from the real issue,  2)  to derail talk about the con artist himself and/or about what he is doing,  and 3)  when a con artist has no legitimate complaint, he/she will often  look for and make an issue of something trivial or all but irrelevant.

For example, in one of the messages we received from an anti-choice supporter,  the writer ignored our web site's content and proceeded to  degrading the colors used on the pages.   In response, we invited him to take the Abortion Truth Challenge..   To date, he has not accepted our invitation.

Another example of this technique is when the con artist ignores the issue and attacks the character of the opponent.

Have you ever watched a TV program where they demonstrate and explain how a magician or a con artist can distract your attention with one hand and steal you watch or wallet with the other?   This technique is also a great political ploy.

The Classic example:

Politicians will sneak a bill through the legislature while attention is distracted by some emotion-laden social event?   For example, late at night on December 22, 1913, while most legislators were home for Christmas, the con artists passed the Federal Reserve Act which is the longest-running most lucrative financial scam in all recorded history.

This Federal Reserve scam is also an example of hiding something in plain site.   If you look at what the government tells us it's doing with the monetary system, most people think the government is serving the people.   If you look closely at what they are actually doing, and the Federal Reserve is a good place to look, you'll see those in control are serving themselves and using the people.

.

The Abortion example:

The entire ant-abortion campaign is an example of diverting attention.   If there real intention was saving lives, why are they focusing on saving pregnant eggs and ignoring the 40,000 already-born children who starve to death each and every day or die from curable diseases?   Considering the amount of time, money, energy, effort, attention, and resources being directed at stopping abortions, they could easily save several hundred already born babies for every pregnant egg they save.

They could, but they aren't!  Why not?   Because their real intention is to advance their political agenda. and their claim to be saving innocent lives is simply a great strategy for amassing money and political power.

.

Another  Abortion example:

While attention was focused on anti-terrorism and on whether or not to place stone carvings of the ten commandments on public property, the school voucher law were quietly passed by congress.   You and I now get to pay the churches to indoctrinate their children with ancient, unprovable religious beliefs. that they claim to be facts.

Aren't these the same people, who in defense of public prayers and religious displays on public property are saying:  "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,".   School vouchers, in and of themselves, may or may not be a good idea; however, using public fund to create still more anti-abortion bigots. is not.

    Being Excessively Technical

This technique involves talking in language that only a technician or someone with great knowledge would understand and then declaring the technical data as proof.   This practice is usually combined with the technique called, "I'm the Authority -- Trust Me."

The Abortion example:

An Example of this can be found on the references page under the heading of:  "The Chromosome Claim.".

.

.

13

    Using Personal Beliefs As Proof

You will frequently hear a statement beginning with, "I believe,"   followed by a stated or implied "therefore,"   followed by a  carved in stone conclusion.   One wonders what relevance the speakers personal beliefs have to passing secular laws.

The Abortion example:

Examples of his technique can be found on the page titled: An Analysis of a Typical Anti-Abortion Promoter's Proclamation..

.

.

  14

Ignore the Evidence -- Ignore the Truth:

Ignore everything that conflicts with the beliefs and/or the story  you are selling.   Apply the Universal Law of Thought. which, in part, says:  "To fight something is to feed it universal energy and make it stronger. "    The rule here is to simply ignore it.

If you are forced to respond, do so with as few words as possible.   Remember to  "deny, deny, deny,"  to divert attention, and to  attack the opponent.

The Classic example:

In investigating President Kennedy's assassination, the Warren commission did exhaustive study of portions of the evidence and completely ignored anything  that could lead away from the conclusion they had already decided they wanted the commission to find.

.

The Abortion example:

Those leading the anti-abortion movement  ignore Genesis 2:7,  Job 33:4Ezekiel 37:1-10,  Ecclesiastes 12:7, Mark 9:42,  and Ecclesiastes 11:5,RSV.   (For the text of these passages).   Wouldn't you think that believers in the Bible, would be concerned for their eternal souls.   They claim that Biblical scriptures are their only authority and yet, when that book doesn't suit their intentions, they simply ignore it.  Apparently those who are spearheading the anti-abortion movement aren't concerned about their eternal souls.

Then, the big question is "Why not?"    Are these people really Christians?   Or are they wolves hiding in sheep's clothing?

          .

.

 15

    Ask Loaded Questions

Asking questions in a manner that makes a statement and/or implies an answer.   In legal terms, you've probably heard this referred to as "Leading the Witness."

The Classic example:

Have you stopped beating your wife?

.

The Abortion example:

Here's a quote from a no-choice website:

"...in the abortion debate we must constantly return to the central truth...    The issue is whether the unborn child is a citizen who has rights."

What do the words unborn child say?  By asking the question with this wording, the writer appears to be taking us to the basic issue, but he's not.  Instead, he diverts our attention and jumps right over the most fundamental  core question.  in the entire anti-abortion war.   That question is:    Is a human being  "an eternal spirit " temporarily living in a physical body or  is a human being simply  "flesh and bones?"   What is the nature of a zygote/ embryo/ fetus?  Is it a freshly created brand new human being that God magically created. at conception or is it simply a vehicle which temporarily gives earthly presence to an eternal divine being?

The anti-abortionist's question does not address this unanswerable quandary.   Instead, he skips of the question entirely and turns the debate into a discussion about whether or not to kill babies.

Create a  Problem -- Then Offer Your Solution

And of course, put yourself in charge of the solution and then pay yourself handsomely for your services.   This is a variation on the technique of getting the people to demand what you want to impose upon them.  (See the next section below)

Chaos, confusion, grief, misery and all the other negative emotions, conditions, and circumstances are the breading ground for con artists.   The most sophisticate of them exploit and/or intentionally create problems and then set themselves up as the hero who solves the problems.

Why?   Because when people get desperate, they will make choices that under other circumstances they would never consider.    This technique combined with selling of the Con Artist's Solution is a master's tool to generate political and religious conversions and in doing so, make money and get workers for manifesting the con artist's Goals.

Churches:   Churches destroy children's self esteem and replace it with dependency on the church.

Illegal Drugs:   Making certain drugs illegal has produced a need for police, political control, and prisons.   About seventy percent of all criminal activity is related to people who need money to buy drugs.

Computer Viruses:   Anti virus sellers need virus creators.   Did you ever wonder where all these computer viruses are coming from and why the anti-virus business is a multi-billion dollar business.   We'll apparently, a few billion dollars is not enough money.   Here's the latest twist in the anti-virus business.   I'll explain this with a historical example and then a personal story.

Plop Plop Fizz Fizz Oh What a Relief It Is.   You're almost certainly familiar with this classic advertising slogan for Alka-Seltzer.  Did you ever wonder where it came from or why?   The Executives of the company that owned and sold Alka-Seltzer went to their advertising agency and said we want to increase our sales.   The advertiser said, "That's simple, get your customers to take two tables instead of just one.   Thus was born "Plop Plop Fizz Fizz Oh What a Relief It Is."  Apparently someone in the anti-virus business also heard about Alka-Seltzer success story and decided to do likewise.

Here's a personal experience:  I paid a major, multi-billion dollar anti-virus corporation for ant-virus services and though my computer was safe.   I began to have computer problems, and by the time I realized what was going on my computer software was so screwed up that I couldn't even start from scratch and reinstall the system software.   I had to take my computer to the repair shop.   This cost me days worth of time and effort and cost $139.90 in out of pocket dollars.

What I discovered is that the company I had paid to protect my computer from having problem software come in and screw things up was doing only half a job.   They had divided the destructive programs into two categories and if a customer wanted protection from both halves of the problem software, they now had to pay twice the price.  The company now requires customers to also buy what is called a "Fire Wall."   If you don't pay twice, you get screwed.   Sounds like Al Capone has reincarnated and is now in the computers protection racket.

Here's the real solution to the virus problem:  If we took the profit out of the virus business, we'd have far fewer viruses and everybody would be better off, Except, of course, those who receive the short-term gains from the  virus/anti-virus business.   How do we do that?   The same way we provide streets, highways and public facilities that are available free of charge to anybody who want to use them.   What would it cost for one organization to provide anti-everything-harmful software free of charge to everybody in the entire world who wanted to use it.  The cost would be a tiny fraction of what we, collectively, are now paying the anti-virus companies for the privilege of not being violated.   And if you consider the costs in terms on lost data, wasted time and effort, the thought of doing anything else is absolutely ludicrous.

One company is actually doing that for individual users.   You can now download, free of charge to personal users, anti-everything-harmful software at this address:  http://www.free-av.com/   The Pro-Truth Team members have been using this software on their personal computers since June 2004 and we have had problem-free computers since its instillation.

Additional Examples:

Military hardware  sellers need wars.

Fascist police state politicians need terrorists.

Auto manufacturers need cars that break down and need to be replaced.

Clothing manufacturers need to have clothes to "go out of fashion."

Thousands of product many factures make product with built in
obsolescence or that break and need repair or replacement.

Con Artist's Solution                                ...   17

    Get the People to Demand
What You Want to Impose Upon Them:

Decide how you want to change the laws, find a way to sell you position, and get the public to demand those changes.

Another way is to hide the legal changes you want in the form of an amendment and attach that amendment to a completely unrelated law that your opposition wants passed.

          .

.

 18

    Let's You And Him Fight

This technique involves starting or aggravating a conflict between two rival factions in a social group.   Creating a racial or religious conflict is quite simple.    Political divisiveness is also easy to create, aggravate,  and/or amplify.

For example,  In the Early 1970's, the Watergate investigation disclosed that the Richard Nixon's reelection team planned to send a bunch of hoodlums to accost a rally where Nixon and Billy Graham were appearing together at a public function and then balm the fiasco on "those liberal hippies."

          .

.

 18a

    Create Divisiveness:

A classic technique in the art of confrontation is to polarize one group against another.    This technique has two primary applications.

The first use is to get the opposition arguing and fighting among them selves.   In military terms, it's called divide and conquer.  It's also a common strategy in politics.   As an example, prior to the 2004, presidential election, some Republicans went to great length to get Ralph Nadar on the ballot.   They did so for the express purpose of taking votes from John Kerry.

The second divisiveness tool is separating our side from the other guys.   Here's how it works:

We are the good guys,
They are the bad guys.

Our side is moral, just, and right,
The other side in immoral and wrong.

God is on our side,
The Devil is on their side.

We wear the white hats,
They wear black hats, black suites, dark shirts and bright colored ties.

We are handsome, sexy, and attractive,
They are grotesque, ugly, and want to violate us sexually.

We are loving God-fearing human beings,
They are inhuman animals.

We live by high standards,
They will do anything to win.

You can trust us,
but you can't trust them.

Our side will keep you safe
But without our protection, the other side will kill you
and your family, so you just do as we tell you.

We love apple pie and babies,
They love liquor and kill babies.

And in my great grandfathers days:

Their women were whores who actually liked sex
The women on our side, closed their eyes, gritted their teeth,
and did it for the queen.

    Create Chaos for Conversions

This technique and the "Get the Child" technique (below) are tandem tools of manipulation.   They are used primarily by major organization.   Both were important in the Former Russian Communist Regime.   They're not new.  Both are ancient in origin.   Both have been standard operating procedures used for centuries used by religious leaders.

The "Chaos for Conversion" technique involves getting people into a state of high negative emotion (fear /anger) or accessing their minds when they are already in a state of high negative emotion.   While they are in that state, the manipulator offers "The One True Religion"  or "Our Political System" as "THE" answer to the person's problems.   (Every religion thinks that their beliefs represent the one and only true religion.   All others are considered to be just myths.)

Why seek states of high emotion?   Because that's how and where the controlling centers in the human mind are most easily reached and where beliefs are most easily altered.   Installing beliefs into a person's mind is the most successful technique presently known for controlling a person's behavior.   Installation is done primarily at two key points, either when the person is in a high negative emotion as mentioned above or when the person is a very young child, as described in the section below titled,  "Get the Child."

          .

.

 20

Get The Child and You've Got the Adult:

This technique is a partner to  the "Chaos for Conversion" technique (above).     It's based on the fact that a young child from birth to about age seven is very receptive and takes in almost everything as if it were the literal truth.   The intention is to program the minds of children before they are old enough to question what they are being told.   Once beliefs and behavior patterns are installed in their young minds, almost all of them will carry the beliefs and behavior patterns for the rest of their lives.

Remember the old saying,  "You can't teach an old dog new tricks."   If you teach a puppy to tear up an old shoe, how do you later teach him the difference between an old shoe and a new one?   Well quite simply, you can't.    Although slightly more flexible that a dog's mind, the human mind follows this same pattern.

Once the beliefs and behavior patterns are installed, it's relatively easy to access them, particularly in a state of emotional crisis such as found in the  "Chaos for Conversion" technique (above).   Have you ever noticed that at moments of stress in your life you find yourself reverting to a behavior pattern that you thought you had long since let go of?    It's called "Reverting to Type" and con artists count on it to control the masses in times of war and social chaos.   How do you think "Resident" Bush and his ego-atheist team got the so-called "Patriot Act" passed congress?

The "Get the Child" technique is thousands of years old and has been used by churches and political groups  around the globe.   The Roman Catholic Church, the Moslem religion, and the former Russian, so-called communists are probable the best know users of this technique.

          .

.

 21

    The Exclude Me Clause

Make up rules for everybody to follow and then exclude yourself or your buddies from having to follow the rules.    Literally thousands of laws have been passed with this type of exclusionary clause in them.   For example, in the process of supposedly eliminating loan sharking, (charging excessive and outrageous interest on loans)  the federal government made it illegal for anyone to charge an interest rate above ten percent.   They conveniently excluded banks and credit card companies from having to comply with this law.   In essence, what this law did was move loan sharking from back alleys and hoodlum hangouts into the exclusive offices of the finacnce and banking industry.

Another variation of this theme is to design the rules so that no matter what happens, we win.    Lawyers, stock traders, and politicians  are notorious for this.    Some examples:  No matter who wins or looses a law suit, the lawyers always collect money.   No matter whether stock prices go up  or down, the stock broker always collects money.

          .

.

 22

    Secret Language

Set up a secret language so that you can give orders and if accused of misdeeds, you can deny having ever told anyone to do anything wrong.   This is a variation of the process in which military messages are encrypted so the enemy, although hearing the message, doesn't know what it means.

A story about the Nixon Watergate scandal gave us a brief glimpse into this technique.   We have no idea if the following actually happened, but truth of fiction, it illustrates how a secret language works.   Nixon was reported to have said in the presence of Gordon Liddy, "I don't like John Dean."   This, in their secret language, this was an order to see to it that Dean ended up dead.    As the story goes, Liddy set out to kill Dean and the other team members had to go after him and stop him.

Politics By Murder:                                 short life span    ...

There is a certain class of people who have a notoriously short life expectancy.  I'm referring to those who seriously threaten the status quo.   Here are a few names you might be familiar with:

.

John F. Kennedy

Martin Luther King

Robert Kennedy

Anwar Sadad

Malcom X

John Lennon

John F. Kennedy Jr.

-- U. S. President 1960-1963

-- Civil rights leader

-- U. S. Attorney General 1960-1963

    Presidential candidate 1968

-- Egyptian President who proposed peace

    with Israel

-- Civil rights activist

-- Member of 1960's musical group, "The

-- Beatles," song writer &  political activist

-- Son of U. S. President, John F. Kennedy

There are dozens more who could justifiable added to this list.

.

Those Who Know Too Much:   Literally hundreds of people who had information about the assassination of President John F. Kennedy died well before their time.    The statistical probability of all these people dying in the short time frame after the president's assassination ranged somewhere in the neighborhood of a billion to one.   (If you have access to the actual statistical data on this, please Contact Us.)

.

Control by Exclusion,  by Character Assassination, and by Career Destruction:   There are literally thousands of people, commonly called "whistle blowers,"  who have had their lived radically altered, their careers destroyed, and/or their reputations shattered because they publicly spoke the truth in the face of the lie.

.

The Elimination of Heroes:  Have you noticed that in the last few years, almost every person who could be looked up to as a hero /role mode has either died young or has been attacked and had their careers destroyed.   Here are a few names you might be familiar with:

John F. Kennedy Jr.

John Lennon

Pete Rose

Former President Bill Clinton

Martha Stewart

Michael Jackson

.

The Old Boys Club:    As you may have figured out by now, "The Old Boys Club"  is both alive and getting very desperate.    They too,  see "the hand writing on the wall" and know that, like all the other peddlers of death and misery, they, too, will soon be history.   They are; however, becoming increasingly desperate in their dying years.   Their clandestine acts of murder and character assassination, like the construction of the Berlin Wall, are act of desperation by those drowning in their own cesspool of ego, greed, and corruption.   See the page titled:  Winning with a Losing Issue --  Conflict sells and it's a Multi-Billion Dollar Business..

.

 25

   Divide and Conquer:

The Concept:   Those who use this approach, begin by looking for and finding people with the right psychological profile so that they can be either:  1)  consciously and intentionally invited to be part of the  team or 2) simply manipulated and used via clandestine means.   When they are found, the users of this concept do whatever is necessary to support the person's efforts against the opposition.   Lets examine how this works be looking at presidential politics.

John McCain:   In the 2000 presidential election primary John McCain was a republican outsider demanding campaign reform.  When he lost the primary to Mr. Bush, he was a crossroads in his political career.

McCain had very strong republican support.   He had strong independent voter support.   He had strong appeal to many Democrats.   He had strong appeal to young voters.   He had  strong appeal to the people who have simple turned their backs on voting because before McCain got in the race, there was no real choice.  He represented a fresh previously unheard of option in American politics.

Because of this broad base of support, he had a real possibility of winning the presidential election as an independent.   If he had maintained his adamant demand for campaign reform and run as an independent, one of three three things could have happened:  1) He, and probably his family also, would have moved into that class of people who have a Short Life Expectancy ;   2)  He would have won the presidential election;   or 3)  Al Gore would have won the election.

Without McCain, the Republicans would never have gotten control to the United States government.   For reasons that the public will never know, Senator McCain sold himself to the Republican establishment.   The Republican unity was maintained.

The Ralph Nadar Example:   On the Democratic side in the 2000 presidential election,  Al gore was the Democratic candidate.   Ralph Nadar was also running for president on one of the lesser known party tickets.

The Context:  Mr. Nadar had absolutely no chance whatsoever of winning the election.   The election was an extremely close race between the Democrats and the Republicans.    Mr. Nadar staying in the race, took votes from Al Gore so in essence a vote for Nadar was a vote for George Bush.

Mr. Nadar had two options:  1)  He could maintain his adamant stance that "There is not one iota of difference between the Republican and the Democrats,"  and stay in the presidential race.    2)  He could have privately said to Al Gore,  "I'll stepped out of the race and ask my followers to support the Democrats in exchange for a position in your administration where I can work within the government for the causes I believe in.   That way, we'll both win."

Mr. Nadar chose the first option.   In the face of numerous appeals from his supporters to step out of the race, he refused and, by divide and conquer,  gave the White house to the Republicans.    In so doing he created numerous loses.   The Democrats lost.   Nadar lost.  His political career ended, because nobody in their right mind can possible vote for someone  who believes that "There is not one iota of difference between the Republican and the Democrats."  And most of all, the public lost.

          .

.

  26

    Two Sides Are One

Often what appears to be two sides is actually only one side.   This is a close relative of the divide and conquer ploy and the  Lets you and him fight game.

In this scenario, the manipulators have two opposing sides fighting each other, but behind the scenes, there is a third group of con artists who manipulate and support, or aggravate and egg on both sides.   Probably the clearest example of this is the American political system.   No matter whether republicans or democrats are in charge, the public gets screwed.   There are obvious differences between the two sides, but the behind-the-scenes power brokers on both sides live by similar fundamental values:
              Profit first;  me first; control at any cost;  people last;
environmental destruction is OK; what happens any one else
              or anything else is  irrelevant.

The second world war had the same financiers supporting both sides.   And who do you suppose was responsible for setting Saddam Hussein  up in Iraq.   Non other than the United Sates government.

The 1991 Gulf war, why was Saddam Hussein left in power?  Why did the American forces stop 34 kilometers from his palace and turn around and go home.   1)  Because those in control need an enemy.   Otherwise, how can you justify spending billions of dollars on military hardware.   2) Because  without an enemy, you can't justify installing fascist, police state laws, and imposing government secrecy.    3) Because those in control need chaos, confusion, grief, misery and all the other negative emotions, conditions, and circumstances in order to manipulate the masses and maintain control.

The game is played by getting one group mad at the other,  and either sell weapons to both sides or use the conflict to amass more political power and control.  The divisive  issue doesn't matter, as long as it can be used to set one group against another.   Here are some examples:   The gay rights, the anti-abortion war,  religion against religion, such as protestants versus Catholics  in Northern Ireland.  Ethnic or racial conflicts such as Blacks against whites as in the U.S  or Moslems and Catholics in Bosnia.   Real physical wars such Afghanistan and Iraq.

The so-called war on drugs is actually a ploy designed to stifle the competition, a technique to keep the prices high, a means of destroying the minds of the political dissenters, to way to increase crime and justify creating and maintaining a fascist police state and an elaborate prison system, a source of billions of secret dollars, and probably several more reasons that are not apparent at the moment.

Where do you suppose all the drug money is going?   Do you really believe that hundreds of billions of dollars could be laundered every year and put back into the economy without the support of those running the world's governments?

How to Steal a Million Dollars

Actually, stealing a million dollars is really quite easy.   You  simply have to approach your goal from a direction that the general public is either unaware of or is not inclined to publicly protest.   Stealing a million dollars is done  in the same way, symbolically speaking, that you would eat an elephant --  One Bite at a Time.   Here's how this scam works:

If you steal a million dollars from one person, you stand an excellent chance of winding up in a dark and dingy, cold prison cell.   If you steal one dollar from a million people, you stand an excellent chance of winding up in a huge mansion with servants and a chauffer-driven limousine.

And if you get caught stealing one dollar at a time, the usual punishment is that your corporation gives a piece of the action (a small percent of the stolen money)  to the government (technically called a fine).    The government agent slaps your wrist and then you go home to think up another money-producing scam.   This happens all the time.   It's happening right now all over the world.   You just have to know where to look.    Look into the industries that have been the defendants in class action law suits --  banks, insurance companies credit card companies, oil companies, telephone companies, etc.    Does the name Arthur Enron mean anything to you?

Some examples:  1)  There's a well known orange juice company that made millions watering their juice.   2)  The local government-owned, water and power company actually billed this author for putting more water down the sewer pipes than came into his property in the incoming water pipes.   Who has the time and energy to even complain, let alone challenging this kind of petty nickel and dime thievery.

.

.

.

.What's the Pattern Here.    28

    What Are The Patterns Here?

1)   The same people always win --  The money interests.

2)   The same people always lose --  the general public.

3)   The movement is toward an antiquated two class society with the wealthy owning and controlling everything and everyone else as their disposable servants.

4)  A fascist police state controlled by a one party system, but disguised as a two party system
